Paid Media Specialist

Location: Remote (USA)

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution & management of client media campaigns and assisting the strategy for client paid media initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. This includes all Search and Social channels.

The Role:

  • You are comfortable managing accurate media spend, day-to-day channel optimizations, restructuring accounts & flighting new media from scratch (net-new). You live in data and can provide value in reporting and guide clients to achieve their goals.
  • You craft Search & Social experiences that lead to client growth and can measure their worth. You have an “always thinking” mentality to solve problems. Your Motto is “Client Success is #1”.

The Ideal Paid Media Specialist:

  • Distills data and metrics into understandable findings that support clear recommendations (or actions) for both eCommerce, B2C lead generation, and B2B clients.
  • Has immaculate attention to detail and aesthetically and visually appealing layouts and formatting in reports. Accurately manages budgets.
  • Understands and can articulate to clients the what, why, and next steps in their marketing program.
  • Contributes to the paid media creative/design process and makes strong copy and content recommendations.
  • The paid media specialists should be confident working within the platforms, providing competitor analysis, campaign planning, structure, keyword selection, ad copywriting, and ongoing optimization & testing.
  • Has advanced level knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Social channels along with the track record to prove it. Ready to jump in and to become immediately active in auditing accounts and to improve performance.
  • Plans & executes both within paid media and supports strategic collaboration with SEO resources to build out robust search and content-inclusive services that provide a genuinely consumer-centric experience that performs.
  • Supports business development by collaborating with team leadership to bring new ideas, products, and approaches to the market.
  • Will be active in contributions that help Atypical Digital create a balanced, positive, and vibrant environment focused on employee and client development while potentially advancing one’s career.

Paid Media Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certified
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the industry. With titles such as Paid Media Specialist, PPC Specialist, or equivalent/relevant titles
  • Agency Experience
  • Must have experience with Facebook, Google Ads
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude/Approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish Language Speaker
