Fulfillment Policies for Atypical Digital

Service Delivery Policy

Atypical Digital commits to delivering high-quality digital services according to the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in client contracts. Services will be performed in a professional manner by qualified staff and delivered according to the timelines specified in each client agreement.

Modification Policy

Requests for modifications of the agreed service scope must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in an adjustment of delivery timelines.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in cases where services have not been initiated and the client requests a cancellation within 72 hours of payment. After this period, or once service delivery has begun, refunds are not typically granted. In cases of dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service to resolve issues.

Cancellation Policy

Services can be canceled by the client at any time via written notice. If cancellation occurs after service delivery has started, the client may be responsible for the cost of hours or resources already expended. Specific terms of cancellation, including any potential fees, will be detailed in the client’s individual service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and cooperation required for Atypical Digital to deliver services efficiently. Delays in providing this information may affect service delivery and deadlines.
